Default Compatibility with Triton VST

Reaper is not recognizing my new Korg Triton VST. I used Options to add the directory, checked and double checked path, made a copy of the directory and tried that. This is going to be my main synth. It works in Bitwig. I got Reaper for the notation view, but I really like it for it's way simpler interface. Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you install it? what versions did you install? Did you clear cache and rescan?

Installed in Default directories via Korg installer: C:\Program Files\KORG

Also copied to another directory (just in case there was a funky windows permission issue).

Neither location worked. Under the Korg directory there is also a "Triton" directory which contains an .exe file for the pop up synth.
The "Korg" directory contains the .dll file which I assume is the plugin.
I tried ALL directories ("Korg", and "Triton") for both directory trees. Nothing was effective. It did not list a version. The installer software came in a folder KORG_Software_Pass_1_0_0_29. This is the latest download from Korg. Cleared cache many times and rescanned. Thanks for your reply.

Default Korg Triton VST. Does it just hate me, or anyone else have trouble?

Am I the only one with trouble with this one? I really can't figure out anything else to do except just accept that I will have to use Reaper as a music notation editor, and the overly complex Bitwig as my main DAW.
