Bring effect online not working in Project template

Hi everyone. I have been using a project template for Spitfire BBC Symphony orchestra core. The problem is that when I load the project template now and go to turn an effect on by clicking the "Bring effect online" button in the FX window, nothing happens. The button seems to be flickering a bit when I put the mouse on it as well.

The project template was working fine before so I'm assuming it might be something else that is the problem.

I had saved another version of the template with all of the FX loaded already and that seems to be working still.

Any ideas on how I can get the "Bring effect online" function to work again?

Which Reaper version are you using?
Might be a bug in v6.65:

There's a fix in v6.66 which will be out (very) soon probably, or you can try the current pre-release version (v6.66rc1, rc = release candidate) if you don't want to wait:

Thanks nofish. I'm using v6.65 at the moment so I'll wait for v6.66 to see if the problem goes away. Thanks for the help!
