Getting rendering to PROX File when opening session

I am getting render to PROX File message and box comes up (Donna Meditation1.rpp-PROX) for some reason after updating to the new Reaper version 32 bit.

I had created the session in my Reaper 4x (I have license for) and wondered if this is why I got the rendering box?

I get the same thing when I save the session in Reaper 5 version NEW ONE

I got the PROX "auto save" situation today. What the hell is PROX? After getting it at a juncture when I was closing REAPER, upon opening the app it would go into an automatic Save. I did this a few times, all the while thinking WTF...then I decided to delete the audio and then turn around and Import Media (same audio), saved the project and everything is fine. FYI, the audio was just some mp3's I wanted to listen to in my newly installed IK Multimedia ARC 2.5 (nothing "mission critical"). PROX???
