Docking an FX - no scroll bars initially

Also, in the Tabs, the text "FX track" is redundant; only the track number and (abbreviated) name are needed. This would reduce the size of the tabs and allow more to appear in on screen.

Can't reproduce (4.62). Scrollbars appear.

But trying to scroll them with the mouse wheel doesn't work. Arrange getting scrolled/zoomed instead.

Still happens here: make sure that the Docker window size is smaller than the FX GUI before docking it.

Still can't reproduce. Seems to be fine here.
