Set render defaults?

Hi! In the render settings in reaper it is set to "full speed offline" by default on every new project. I want to change this to "1x offline" by default. Is there any way to do this? Or do i need to do this for every project?

Set your project as you want (including render dialog),
than save a project template and set it to load as default
in preferences.
