Default How make JS: gfxspectrograph show logarithmic curve?

The JS visual plugin JS:Analysis gfxspectrograph seems to show the spectrum in a frequency linear curve. This is fine, although it offers very limited overview of the lower frequency ranges, where the most diversity of frequencies is usually needed.

Adjusting the available "curve" parameter doesn't help much in this aspect.

Since the JS plugins offers editing, would it be possible to have the gfxspectrograph show the spectrum in a logarithmic manner instead of linear?

I'm not introduced to the complexity of JS editing, so if I'm suggesting/asking for something that's crazy difficult you'll have to excuse me

thx
