Default RasPi as effect hardware

A friend asked me if it could be possible to create a kind of stand lone effect pedal using a RasPi 4.

Of course Reaper is a perfect basis for that.

It would be so cool to be able to load NI Guitar Rig in Reaper on Raspi. But Native Instruments obviously hates Linux.
I suppose they already do provide Mac-ARM versions of their products.

Is there something like "LinVST" (which I understand can be used to run WIN-X86 VST plugins in Reaper Linux-X86 ) that might allow for running Mac-ARM plugins in Reaper on Linux-ARM in somebodies Pipeline ?

OTOH, specific for this usage case, is there something like Guitar Rig for Linux.ARM ?

I guess you could try something like Guitarix since REAPER has LV2 support.

But the far more interesting question is: what are you going to use sound-chip wise and regarding the ins and outs?

Those come to mind as a complete set:
