Melodyne 5 Not redrawing VST Screen Reaper 6.13

Hard to explain so I made a video of it. When playback is going the vst window gets painted black or blank. Same when I left click to select an area or basically click anywhere. When blobs are present and I move them, I get like a mosaic of them. If I move the view area of the melodyne window, all that was black gets redrawn. Same thing if I move the window from one monitor to another.

I should add that this only happens in Reaper. I dont have another DAW to test but the standalone melodyne exe works without issue.
