erasing automation mute points crashes Reaper

I understand what I did is non-sense (there's no need for deleting automation data in this particular case) but I don't think that a crash is the expected behavior either.

I attached a project file to replicate the bug.

It happened while working on a project but I managed to replicate the bug with a single empty audio track.

I hope it is useful for developers. Thanks for such amazing software.

Gigabyte motherboard
I7 4790
Windows 10
MBox Pro 3
16GB ram

What do I do to replicate the crash? And, are you using the latest version of REAPER?

Can you open the project file I've provided? Just hit play. The playback passes the first automation block and crashes at the start of the second.

Yes, I'm using the latest version of Reaper.
