Default High Core count Windows builds and W10v1809

Are there any supergeeks out there that are using computers with high core counts, windows 10 v1809? and if so have you any thoughts regarding this article?

and furthermore, have you tried any regedits?

I had tried this one when I was leaving Steinberg for Reaper.

"add a REG_DWORD key named "MaxThreadsPerProcess" to your registry in HKLM\ Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile and set the value to 128."

I am not sure I noticed any improvement however.

I think the sound card needs to supported? For example, their is a check box in my RME driver to specifically enable MMCSS.
