Is it possible to replicate Waves Q clone using stock plugins in reaper ?

Transmit impulse, capturing the signal after eq alteration and apply on diferent tracks.

try ReaVerb.
you can use ReaVerb's built in tone generator to obtain an impulse (& deconvolve) or you can load your own impulse file.

Don't know, but when I try to match some analog eq plugin with ReaEq, I use pinknoise and SPAN http://www.voxengo.com/product/span/ and match manually.

That is very time consuming in my opinion .

With Waves Q Clone you can use the transmit impulse on one AUX track , with the project settings allowing internal feedback and then capture the response on another track that has Q Clone inserted. You just need to route the signal to the q clone track Instantly you can hear the changes applied on the external Eq and visually you can study what the eq is really doing! It´just great and fast.
