JSFX JSDrumpad

[tilr]

Inspired by vsts like Microtonic and DSK Synthdrums I took some time to learn and create my first JSFX.

JSDrumpad



Features:
1x OSC (Sine, Triangle, Saw, or Square wave)
1x Noise generator (Stereo or mono)
3x Envelopes (osc, pitch and noise)
2x Filter (Noise color/lp, LowPass, BandPass and HighPass)
1x Distortion (Tube)
1x Band EQ

The code is also brief enough for reference on how to generate waves, vector knobs, logarithmic scale knobs and more.
Next project is to stack 8 of these drumpads in one synth and call it JSDrumsynth.

Nice.
Some of the presets are really nice.

Small bug:
If I click on the wave selector, a dropdown menu shows. I would expect this menu to have a tick mark next to the currently chosen wave; it doesn't. But more importantly, when I click outside the menu to dismiss it, the wave resets to "Sin". That is very unexpected.



In the gif, you see that the wave is initially set to "Sqr", but "Square" has no check mark in the menu. And when I click outside the menu, the wave is set to "Sin".

The other two dropdown menus have the same problem.

Haven't uploaded it there (yet?) you can find it on reapack though

I must have been really tired when I wrote that. I have no idea how I mixed up ReaPack with Reaper Stash 🤦‍♂️
