Is the Arturia 3 Keyboard software external to Reaper? Or is it a VST?
If the Arturia 3 software is external to Reaper, there are various considerations for Routing MIDI in and out of Reaper to and from other software. To do it requires an intermediary software connector between the two software instances. "ReWire" is implemented in Reaper for this type of thing and I'm going to say to you to Google Reaper Rewire and watch some YouTube vids. It's fiddly. Or you could set up a MIDI bus, using something like Tobias Erichson's "loopMIDI" which you can download and install. There are other solutions out there too.
If everything is within Reaper as a VST, I simply have no idea what your problem is because you just haven't explained it to me in a way that I understand. It may be to do with trying to trigger multiple instruments from one MIDI track. It can be done, but it's got its complexities. You need to tell me specifically what's on what tracks in Reaper, otherwise I don't know how to help you. But, if they're all VSTs and it's all within Reaper, why not see if you can get it working by putting EZ Drummer on one Reaper track and Arturia 3 on a separate track? Cut and paste a copy of the MIDI in the same position on the other track. This is a bit weak as it means if you change some MIDI event in one you'll have to change the same event in the other (or cut and paste it again), but it will prove whether or not everything's in sync.
If it isn't, why not? Is the instrument responding to the MIDI at all (if not, check MIDI channels, MIDI note numbers, the VSTs MIDI settings, Reaper's track routings etc). Or consider if there is a slow "attack" time on one of the instruments that makes it sound out of sync even thought it technically isn't? Is there some sort of delay within Arturia 3, perhaps?
I dunno what else to say really. You really need to break the description of what you're trying to achieve down much more so that I or others have some clue where the issue might be. In the meantime, you could try looking at the logs in ReaControlMIDI to see if that helps. Or you could install MIDI Ox if you're looking outside of Reaper to see what any MIDI in the Windows environment itself is actually doing.
It is Windows, right? even that makes a difference as Mac's have a kind of built in MIDI routing solution but PCs don't -- althoguh this is only relevant if you need MIDI to go to or from other software on your computer that's not a VST. If it's all VSTs within Reaper, then Reaper handles it and it'll be easy to fix once we understand your problem.
