Default Guide to setup PipeWire/JACK/realtime audio/JACK buffer size/sample rates

I just wrote this for my Developer Workstation Setup Script, it might be useful for someone: https://github.com/David-Else/develo...p-script#audio

Please let me know if I have made any mistakes, it is working great for me on RHEL 9, took quite a while to find all that info and put it in one place.

Just pick JACK in Reaper and you should be good to go at 96k/256 buffer/24 bit. Should be easy to customize... give me star if you like it
