Default Plugin vs Display Scaling

I need some help figuring out if this issue is the plugin, REAPER, or Windows.

I run my monitors at 4K but with 200% display scaling. I prefer 150%, but a lot of themes don't and i am also finding that some applications prefer either 100% or 200% as well (Davinci Resolve, for example)

I tried using IK Multimedia ARC3 for room correction and while the software works, the EQ correction display and RTA display did not. I could hear the correction, so the plugin is working, it just didn't work "graphically" and simply showed a blank where the EQ display should be.

i have posted on the IKM forum but got to playing around this morning and changed windwos display scaling to 100%, and behold, the plugin displayed correctly:

I was able to scale it up inside REAPER at that point to be able to see, and it still worked. I switched to 200% display scaling in Windows with REAPER still running, and the plugin display was still visible. I closed and reopened REAPER with scaling still at 200%, and the display was broken again.

How can i determine the root cause of this?

bumping this for troubleshooting ideas whilst i wait for an official response from IK Multimedia. Wondering if others can replicate the behavior or perhaps offer some suggestions for determining on which side of the fence the problem lies.
