Default Midi Editor Event List: "play cursor"

FR for the midi event list to have some sort of playhead cursor, ie bolding events as they play and leaving the last event bold until the next event occurs. this would help us find the right time in our project quickly if we're inserting something via event list.

as option as always, i understand that with a ton of ccs this could get pretty wild pretty quickly. but i'm working on a project controlling Resolume with 128 midi assignments to video clips, and using the piano roll/named notes is too difficult so i'm using event list instead.

HAHAHA. thanks.

edit - the reason i didn't see it is because it doesn't update if while REAPER is stopped or paused and you seek, so consider this an update to the FR
