Default General Midi - Piano Roll - CC Randomize

Hello! I'm writing General Midi files on Reaper and I'm struggling with lots of small things so might be coming time and again to the forum.

For once, is there a way to randomize cc data? I'd like to randomize pan positions for an instrument. So far I've tried the inbuilt LFO generator but it has no randomised wave option.

Also, is there any way to convert JS plugins data (such as envelopes to control volume) into CC data?

And one more :
Is there any way to set up the mixer to control CC data (Volume, panning) like old software like Cakewalk would do?

I need to export my files to midi, so can't use any hacks or plugins to achieve anything. All info needs to be stored within the midi file.

Thanks a lot!

Can you use plugins etc if you record the midi output? You can save that as a new file. If so...

Parameter modulation. There's a random LFO.
Or it could be scripted. I don't know of one.

Parameter modulation. you could link a ReaControlMidi slider to a jsfx slider.
Or with the SWS extension, there's bunch of actions
convert selected [...] to CC [...]

In theory, but as I have never got this to work, you'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable.

Try this? Select the CC event and run the script.

Hi Zaibuyidao, I know some of your scripts and I find them practical and well done. I wanted to ask you if you could be able to develop a script for midi editor, which gives the possibility to select a midi chord and reveal its note (A min, F #, .... 7.6 dimin etc) in real time ?? It would be really useful for many guys like me who are looking for this. Thanks in advance. Greetings. Spookye
