How do I get Reaper back ?

I Refreshed my computer and the Reaper Icon is gone .
I purchased the software key after the trial period late last winter .
Do I have to buy it again ??

Nah, likely just the shortcut went missing. Search for the "reaper.exe" file on your computer. Then just create a new shortcut on the desktop.

Wait... what do you mean "refresh" your computer. If you did a new OS install then yes you have to reinstall the software of course. I'm sure the reaper folks can help you with your authorization key if you didn't keep it.

No, just reinstall it. If you can't find your license key, email license support at Reaper and they can send it to you.

I just emailed them and am waiting on a response .

Update :
They responded with my license key.
Turns out I had it saved in my e mail folder all along .
Stupid ME .
But now I'm starting all over from scratch .
No plugins / effects chains etc ....
