Apple PPC Stuff
Trying to set up my old and rusty Power Mac QuickSilver .
When I turn the computer on ... I get the startup chime, no error beeps and the CD-drive is read ... meaning I guess it is booting off of the install disk in the drive .
But the problem is, that I can't get no signal on my monitor (several tested, + cables) ... the monitors say, "cable connected OK, No Signal) ...
I've formatted the internal HDD as HFS+ by using GPartEdit on a PC ... I chose "Mac" as partition table layout .
The PRAM-Battery is brand new ;
I can't even get to Open Firmware ... Command + Alt + P +R works as it should, though ...
