I have, long ago, set up my Project Template, but is there a way to set up a template for any new track you add? My new tracks always have to be adjusted to match the first one.

Asking again: Is there any way to add a scale to the left side of the waveform window?

Save a track template, then insert from the template?

Answering again: If you are asking for displaying the dB scale for the waveform, it's not available in Reaper, but has been requested:
