Make changes in external editor

Hi All,

if I split an audio file in two parts and make changes for one part in external editor, the other part changes too.Can you help me ?

That happens because the splits are non-destructive, your wav file remains untouched.. then when you open it with an external editor you'll eventually be opening the whole trrack but that doesnt mean that you cant apply fx only where you want with the editor.

you can "open copy" in the external editor. This should do what you want I think.

No, I will editing only the one part in external editor and the other part should be without any changes.
