Default Temporarily disable stretch markers on one track?

I have a song I'm working on with a 30 second guitar solo that I wasn't very happy with. The soloist isn't available and understands that I was going to "clean it up" using stretch markers.

So after much work, and FORTY STRETCH MARKERS in a 30 second span, I have it sounding awesome. Dead nuts on time.

What I'd like to do now is to have an easy way to toggle on and off the stretch markers on that track and compare what it sounds like with and without them.

All I can think of would be to clone the track and delete the markers from one of them, then toggle the two tracks on and off.

Is there a better way?
