Can't drag and drop media into Reaper

Sweet, I was having this issue and running Reaper as normal vs as an admin fixed it. Long live the Reaper community.

Finally. That's it. I've narrowed down why drag and drop was breaking, specifically for me. Reaper v6.38 , when I enable multimonitor aware v2 in hiDPI mode settings, after a restart of Reaper, Reaper no longer will accept dragged and dropped files. It took me over an hour of trying different configuration settings to figure this out. Will post this in bugs thread if it's not already there. It's a shame too because multimonitor aware v2 otherwise works exactly like I need it to.
