Default Saving Config And Theme As A Separate Theme

Is this possible with Reaper? I'd like to save my configuration, along with the theme I am using as a separate theme. That way, if I change to the default theme for any reason, I can change right back to my original theme complete with all my settings. Right now I have to load my theme then import my saved configuration.

Look for this action

'Theme Development: Show theme tweak/configuration window'
