Default $$$$$$$How do i capture a Reaper screenshot?

I have WindowsXP, i wanna capture and save my Reaper project session window so that i can include it in my posts. How are people doing this?

CTRL + V in MS paint
Save

press ALT + printscreen to copy only the screen that tou want ( in this case, probably everything but the windows taskbar at the bottom)
