Default "turning" video view

I did a video clip containing two.
One is me in studio, another trio in their studio.

Absolutely no intention to collect clicks on tube !

In the clip trio's is behind me.

Is it possible to turn my video towards trio's video?
To make me "looking" toward the trio.

I guess there is an effect for that.
Currently I am using grid from video processor.

Double click the video item with you in it, or use your favorite method to open Media Item Properties. Under Take Media Source, click the Properties button. Toward the bottom of that window is a dropdown marked Transform. Set that to Horizontal Flip. Is that what you're trying to do?
