(FIXED) Notation bug - moving events under the grand staff

1 - midi items on several different tracks, open in notation
2 - create a hairpin under the grand staff
3 - try to adjust length or position of the hairpin with mouse

BUG - hairpin is moved to the next staff. Plus overall uncorrect linking of the hairpin position to the mouse position.

If you have a selected a notation event with a note, the note will move with the notation to the other staff.

Bumping, I find this one the most annoying of all unsolved bugs in the notation editor.
