Icon issues

Hey guys, I don't konw if anyone else has had this very minor but important problem, but the icon for NINJAM on my desktop doesn't display properly

so, using the ninjam in a nutshell pdf as a guide to the icon that "kicks ass" I made a new icon set which acommodates for several sizes and colours

There are the following sizes and bit depths
32*32 @ 8, 24 and 32 bit
48*48 @ 8, 24 and 32 bit
64*64 @ 8, 24 and 32 bit
