There's also a little vertical shadow-smudge below the mouse-icon next to the rec button that looks like it shouldn't be there, and disappears on rec mouse-over

I'll be damned...
Cheers
I have to say, this is by far and away the best theme.. thus far.....
But.... I just might have to mod it..
No disrespect intended at ALL WT, but 1. the Transport, (where the beats, time.. etc, is) 2. the large meters.. 3. The audio\midi waveform images.....I was.. a bit disappointed with.
Otherwise.. SOOO lovely... makes me want to use Reaper again.
Also.....I looked at some of your earlier work.. themes... etc...
reminded me a bit of my earlier stuff. .... but i refused myself a comment on it.
TOUCHE !
I look forward to modding this... when I have the time.
Thanks for this..

Hey WT,
Spotted a problem with track label, ARM button & LED glow alignment.
EDIT: Also, the track label font colour is a bit light and tends to be difficult to read when track colour is set.
Any reason the Mute buttons are labeled 'cut'? GUI doesn't match tooltip and action naming conventions anymore.
How does one toggle "Compact the view of all tracks in this folder"?
Nice to see our benefactor made an appearance

Congrats on the release WT!
@ daxliniere What's your screen resolution? Looks like your resolution is too low or you've got the mixer window too small causing those alignment issues.

Hey Hook,
Yes, that's correct. I'm giving it a quick test on my laptop, which is native 1600*900.
I read the disclaimer about minimum 1080px vertical resolution, but it seems reasonable to expect that the fader section of the mixer would shrink when the horizontal scrollbar is present.
BTW, I visited the boys at York St back in February and Jeremy said he was considering moving to REAPER. Any progress on that yet?

Just downloaded your theme and I'm loving it. Thank you for sharing all your hard work (you and everyone involved). Looking for the documentation now, perhaps yet another sleepless night? Oh well it's Sunday 00:47, beats going to Church ;o)

Ahh yes.. it does seem reasonable but WT has been VERY explicit that there isn't support for resolutions smaller than that (i believe the Dead Ringer Colonial 4000XL PRO layouts are meant as a 'compromise').
Oh that was you! Yes they had mentioned your visit! My old assistant who i trained to be my replacement as Head Engineer i've now got on the reaper bug (gave him my config/keyMap settings to get him going). He's tracking in PT and mixing a lot in reaper which is probably what i would be doing if still there to be honest and what i do when i freelance there now. Playlists are so vital for me in tracking and grouping for takes etc i find much better in PT. I think basically everything else i prefer Reaper.

For those of you thinking of upgrading your monitors, please consider biting the bullet and going IPS, Imperial looks stunning on these guys, they do it justice.

Second the comment about IPS monitors.
I bought one 23" 1920x1080 IPS monitor and wished I had bought two.
My regular 20" non-IPS monitor beside it looks dark and drab by comparison.

Just copy them (NOT overwrite) as I said on the previous page, alright? The toolbars that you have created (which use RADO icons) will look exactly for the filenames that's saved in the toolbar file - either in .ReaperThemeZip, or in Data/toolbar_icons folder. It's how Reaper works. Simple.

Beautiful theme. One question, my mixer is going off the bottom of my monitor and there is no way to bring it up. IOW the lower half is off the monitor screen.
My monitors are dual HP 2310m at 1920x1080 and set that way.
Any ideas?

As it says on the website, you undock the mixer.
You can use Ctrl-M to toggle between the mixer and track windows.

I think this questions will be ask 10000 times in the next 8 weeks...
- Why my mixer is not...
- I can't see all buttons on tcp unless it fits the half on the screen
- I can't see the insert and send slots in mixer...
- etc
ANSWER : IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HIGH RESOLUTION MONITOR LIKE RECOMMANDED ON THE DOWNLOAD PAGE, FORGET THIS THEME...

Hey mate! There is no such problem on my side at all, using this theme under Reaper x32 (win7 x64bit) and applied the setup under Appearance as mentioned by #WT in this website release.
Everything just works sublime here.
Maybe you need to check out your Prefs.

do you see the zone just under insert and bypass? it's the only zone that streched... normally that zone contain the extended mixer. On your printscreen, the zone is full collapsed and contain nothing... it's just because your resolution is too small for supporting the THEME...
like I said earlier

You meet the minimum requirements so make sure the OS isn't set to scale the screen etc. In Win7 its: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display. Make sure it is "Smaller - 100% (default)". Also double check the Reaper preferences suggestions on WTs Imperial web page. I've also seen some video drivers attempt scaling when the monitor had some type of mismatch between the video card's resolution and the native resolution of the monitor.

A way to say thank you
So many people have expressed an interest in a paypal link for showing appreciation for this effort,
and I do understand that White Tie has no interest in compensation, but why not create a link to donate to a
charity of White Tie's choosing?
It would be a way for us to demonstrate our thanks for this monumental effort and also do some good for a
deserving charity.
My thanks once again to White Tie. I find this theme to be very usable and will be using it on a session on
Monday and Tuesday. Frankly, I can't wait!
NOW go make some music!!!
