Bigger markers/regions view?

Any way to make the markers/regions view bigger? I can dock to right side and see whole setlist, but I want to use with a touchscreen from my music stand, and i need the individual rows of the view to be a bit bigger…fat fingers. Is there a theme or any ideas for this? I have set my touchscreen to a resolution that makes the images as large as possible, and it’s real close.

You may use my big view window for live use. I developed it for touch tablet with remote connection to my main computer with reaper. It has 6 big areas you can touch to trigger any Reaper action and huge name of currently playing region + other smart features.
