Default Corona Virus

I think Reaper has the Corona Virus!!!
I haven't used Reaper in a while (story for another day)
Anyway...I open it today and was just playin' around and tried dropping a few different loops onto a track. Every time the loop was automatically split. I tried various loops and alternate ways to get them into Reaper. Same occurrence each time auto splitting. It's an absolutely new glitch to me is there a fix, is this a new feature, how do I get rid of it. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Nope WAV, I kinda thought that for a minute, but I keep WAV and REX separated. Tested various of both same thing happens whether WAV or REX.

(grin) are you planning on making bad jokes about the corona virus in ALL the forum sections?

Re: your problem, it sounds like you have something changed in the settings. Quickest way to find out would be to do a new portable install, which will ahve factory fresh settings & see if the problem disappears.

Yep that's exactly what I was about to do.
And yes I realize humor doesn't translate well in text or post, just the ill effects of being inundated by the constant barrage. Apologies if I offended. Level Vibes

A slice of Lyme disease stuffed into the top of the Corona bottle might nake the two cancel out.

In the interests of localised global accuracy, Corona was (and I believe still is) a major UK manufacturer of fizzy drinks, known as sodas in the USA. They also had delivery lorries (trucks) that visited our North London neighbourhood (neighborhood) on a weekly basis. Incidentally, I grew up within about a mile of the local Corona depot, which caught fire spectacularly one night, giving us all an amazing "son et lumiere" display of exploding bottles, all spraying brightly coloured (colored) streams of fizzy (soda) across the sky.

You should probably worry more about the Budweiser virus. It can give you a case of the wicked squirts.
