Default Inserting new point into tempo envelope creates weird new timesigs [FIXED!]

Inserting a new square point into a linear tempo envelope causes weird changes to the following points, and even inserts a wholly new time signature:

This happens if the timebase for the tempo envelope = Beats, and the original timesig marker (at measure 9) does NOT allow partial measures.

If the original marker does allow partial measures, the new point is inserted without any problems. This dependence on partial measures is strange, since the new square point does not change the number of beats at all, and should not result in any partial measures.

It seems as if REAPER wrongly thinks that the new square point causes a partial measure, and then tries to move the original timesig marker to the next available measure start.

FIXED sometime before v5.78!
