Hold on while I get a spoon.... O.K. Open wiiide.....

Go to the address bar in your internet browser and type in:
https://www.musictri.be/Categories/B...-TOUCH/p/P0B1X

Then press the return key on your keyboard.
When the web page for Behringer loads, look for the word "Support" in the upper right hand corner.
Click on it with your left mouse button.
When the support page loads, see what you can find.

THERE! That wasn't too bad, was it?

Sorry but I can't resist posts like yours.

All taken in fun. Working, but some features on the controller still not. Must have something to do with growing up in The Bronx! Behringer support isn't the best. Happy Holidays!

Usually the best place to get support on any of the Music Group stuff is on Facebook pages set up specifically for Q&A. They do have forums as well but those died off pretty quickly when the FB groups started picking up steam. Hope that helps, ya #%$&*^$*&%*%*!. Sorry, I'm from the Jersey shore too.
