Default Mouse pointer color

I updated Reaper to the latest version and now the I-shaped mouse pointer is semi-transparent. It's really hard to see it when it's over the arrangement view. Is there a way to change the default pointer? It would be nice to just use the Windows default one. It's black and should be perfectly visible.

Thank you, this is exactly what I'm looking for. I copied the cursor from Windows to the Reaper's cursors folder and renamed it to "arrange_ibeam.cur". Although it looks very big, now I know a way to fix it.
