64bit Playback Rate for timestretched audio.

Hello,

I just finished reading Liteon's excellent tutorial on non-realtime DJing with REAPER, and I've adapted the technique to work with live DJing. I've been using Ableton for live sets for years, but I'd love to use REAPER for this instead. It works reasonably well, however, there seems to be a tiny bit of random drift, presumably from accumulated quantization error. I'm making the sweeping assumption that playback rate is currently quantized to 32bit float, because it appears as a 6 digit number in the "item properties" window.
