Default Master output slightly panned to the right?? (SOLVED)

Hi,

Since 60pre9 or 10 I have this very strange issue. The master output is slightly panned to the right on every new project I make without touching anything, pan knobs or plugin.

Installing (without removing before) the new 5.52 doesn't fix anything. Reopen a old project results in a normal situation. So what did I do to make this thing happened? The only thing I did is touching midi device nothing else.
What's wrong with Reaper?
