Default "Open Item FX Chain" action MIA

While replying to another thread, I tried the Shift+e shortcut (as in the User Guide 7.10).

I got this:

Where did the Action go?

More info: I found this in the exported KeyMap: KEY 5 69 40904 0.

That is Shift+e, and action 40904 is not in the Main section. It is now used in the Inline MIDI Editor to "Reverse selected events within time selection".

40904 was formerly the ID of the action "Item: Open all MIDI items on selected tracks in one MIDI editor", which was deprecated in v4.0 (2011), replaced by the global preferences in Editing Behavior/MIDI Editor. You must have mapped that action to a shortcut prior to 2011.
