Anyone who uses Tunecore?

There's a box where they ask you to state Legal Name.....and says Required

but i want to use a pseudonym instead as i don't want my real name to be shown under the release in the stores, anyone knows more about this

Don't they have another box for artist name?

EDIT: Actually they probably don't as part of the account creation. It would likely be done on submission of music so a single account can upload under multiple artist names if they wish.

yes they have that as well below...

but the Legal Name is required...However i wanted to know if there's a way not to show it under the release? i'll call them Monday and see just checking if you know much appreciated

They need your legal name as you are entering into a contract with them.

Your release is not going to be shown on Tunecore so there is nowhere for them to show your legal name under the release.
They will submit to the streaming sites with your artist name only.

I received an email from tunecore today and they informed me that some stores might display my legal name in Metadata or Credits
