Play Cursor one beat ahead

Hello there,

I'm pretty new to Reaper and just have learned about the very basics of the program. But I got one annoying problem: The playback cursor (the yellow line indicating which part of the audio is currently playing) doesn't sync up with the audio but is always one beat ahead. I use the Asio4all driver and already tried turning down the buffer size, but that did not help.
(The cursor doesn't even start at 1.1.00 but at 1.2.00)

I hope someone's got an idea how to fix this, because it is highly irritating

Am I really the only one having this problem?

I use Windows 10 and Reaper 5.22/x64...

The only thing I need really is a small "patch" that sets the playback cursor one beat back...
