Default Question, hard to explain in a title.....

Hay all :-)

So I just booted up a session and have an item FX window up which has FX etc and I'm wondering if theres a simple way of finding out which FX in my session it is. I can of course read the title which is the name of the item but then I have to look for that single item in my entire session and especially with its name being the same as many other items as its from a long sample thats been cut up etc means it could take a very long time to find.

Is there a simple way of highlighting which item it is?

If not, perhaps I should make a suggestion on the suggestions board for something along the lines of a right click "highlight item in session" and "goto item in session"?

Cheers everyone :-)

You can find it in the project bay (ctrl + b) and right click > usage > track, this will select the item.

Usage is greyed out and right clicking doesn't have "Track" in the dropdown list

One way is to rename the fx instance with a prefix ***
that way its easier to spot in the media bay using the filter option
Make sure mirror selection in bay and project is ticked.

+1 for goto item in session as an option in the current fx browser.
