Midi Editor: Select Note Lane without left clicking

How can we easily browse and select (up and down) through midi note lanes without clicking on each lane; I'm simply looking to have control over each lane from a controller; I'm sure I can use other programs like Auto Hotkey to create customizable left click mouse modifier alternatives, but I just want to know if anyone knows how to do this from the Actions Menu.
