Presets are loaded only at the second time

In some vst/vsti - ni massive, tone2 gladiator ,zebra, meldaproduction plugins
If after loading some of these vsti you save preset & then you will change one or more parameters, preset will be loaded after second time only ,after that its loaded normally, until you not save the preset again.
Does someone has the same behavior with presets?

Confirmed (5.12 x64).

Just noticed this with Vember Audio Surge VSTi 1.5.2 and REAPER's internal preset system.


Any idea why?
