Default Is Reaper conversion good enough?

So I made a couple of tracks in wav and ready to upload those onto streaming platforms, I also want to do mp3 and FLAC, should I do it it in Reaper or use something external? What do you use for that task?

Reaper/LAME conversion is more than good enough.

Wherever you do it a Flac file is lossless.
To clarify lossless compression is just a more efficient way of storing data, non of the audio signal is lost or changed at all.
It works a little like this:
Where an original file has ten zeros of empty space data written as 0000000000 a lossless file could store this as 10x0, which takes up less space.

This is totally different to a lossy file that works by reducing data (masked frequencies) that the engine assumes the human ear cannot hear.
The greater the compression the more aggressive the reduction, until the effect becomes obvious. Generally 320k MP3 is regarded as so close to the original as makes no difference on most material. Though FLAC is the way to go if you want to know you've got a perfect copy every time.
