Reaper's own JS plugin format works on every OS for which there is a native version of Reaper. Reaper compiles a JS plugin to the target OS when it's loaded in the effects browser. So if a JS plugin were originally written in / intended for Windows, it'll work on Mac or Linux or even the ARM Linux version.
