can't see the item/take name when there are fx on it

I want to see the Item/take name first... before anything else and especially before the fx I added to the take/item, is it possible to do this already?

Not sure if this supposed to be like this or maybe I did something with the settings that I can't find the fix for it..

This should be a preference for users to disable, though take fx display on items should be enabled by default
