Hey there, try to reformulate your question, it's almost impossible to grasp whatever you're trying to achieve.

As for your example, think about everybody else who does not use Dropbox and try recommended cockos tools http://www.cockos.com/licecap/.

I still don't understand what you're trying to achieve.

But if your problem is the latency "created" by bypassing your fx, there's nothing you can do about it as any signal-processing fx function this way.
What you might do as a workaround is freeze your track and do some A/B comparison.

uhm , the video is not very clear but it seems to me that the plugin you are using introduces PDC so this is a normal behaviour. Use the mix knob on the plug to bypass it.
