ReaScript Song Switcher: Installation help needed

Hi,
Need some guidance how to get it working. I have Python installed, downloaded the Son Switcher script and can also launch the set list/GUI (somg switcher.lua).

I need help how to create the soundfile and directory structure as well as how to create ther reaper project (markers, regions and other things). I got totaly stucked since I'm not a programmer and have hard time following the lingo.
Any screenshots or even better, an example project would be nice. Heeeelp!
