Reaper as slave in Studio One

Question, I have Studio One Professional 64 bit and I want to "Rewire" Reaper 64 bit as a slave. In Studio One "Melodyne" shows in the rewire tab so rewire is functioning in Studio One. The only difference to a default Reaper install is that I changed the default install path of Reaper 64 bit to "D:\Program Files\..." drive, while also confirming the rewire is to be installed during install. ReaperRewire.dll shows in "Reaper's" installation directory, yet after uninstalling and reinstalling Reaper to the same directory it still is not recognized as a rewire device in Studio One.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
