Default OSCII-bot GUI window close leaves Midi driver borked

If user exits OSCII-bot GUI using "Quit" button all works fine. However if user exits using the top right hand "x" to close the GUI window, then the midi driver (device) is borked and the midi device opened by OSC cannot be used by any software application running on the PC that expects to connect to the midi device. Task manager shows "OSCII-bot.exe *32" process is still running. Only way found of restoring the driver (device) state to working is by a windows 7 reboot.

Problem encountered on Reaper x64, Windows 7, Reaper V5.11 and is repeatable.
It occurs using the standard MS Windows 7 USB driver and a class compliant Midi device.

... confirmed here (don't know about the problem connecting to other software)

Closing by clicking the [x] closes the window but leaves the process running. I can end the process in the Windows Task Manager.

This is a feature -- close button minimizes to system tray, you use the quit button to exit....

Additionally and helpfully beyond this, a double click on the (minimised) system tray icon restores the window. Not intuitive, but very handy to use once you know this secret.....
