Specific Question Regarding MCP Ext.Mixer positioning

If I put my ext.mixer into mode [0], is there still a way for me to place elements above it? As demonstrated in my design rough...

As you can probably deduce, I'm rather keen on having my meters and vol. info at the top, whilst the MCP buttons and Extended Mixer share the rest of the screen, in proportions set by the user. Except for keeping the volume fader panel section at a fixed height (for which, I'll implement some pink).

Is this do-able with WALTER or am I expecting too much?
